4 Completely release a lay brake.
5 Remove a brake disk. If the disk does not act in film, displace back brake колодки a lay brake, address to Section Removal and installation колодок a lay brake.

For achievement of uniform braking from both parties both brake disks should have identical surfaces concerning quality and a roughness. Therefore necessarily it is necessary to replace or pierce both disks of one axis.

6 Measure a thickness of a brake disk, address to Section Measurement of a thickness of a brake disk.
7 Clear new brake disks a nitrothinner of a protective film.
8 Establish a brake disk on a nave and turn so that apertures under the fastening screw have coincided. Tighten the screw a face key the moment 16 Н•м.
9 Establish into place directing brakes with a support, address to corresponding section.

If the brake hose was disconnected, fix it and remove from system air, address to Section Removal of air from brake system.

10 Adjust a lay brake, address to Section Adjustment of a lay brake.
11 New brake disks it is necessary to earn extra cautiously for three receptions.

The first reception: five braking since speed of 50 km/hour strong pressing a brake pedal road where there is no traffic.
The second reception: Allow to brakes to be cooled.
The third reception: 5 More braking since speed of 50 km/hour.
